I had very very bad experienced of this hotel. I booked very early and now during check in time the owner said that she didn’t received my booking so she said I will cancel my booking here in the app and email this app support for money refund then the owner said I will book the hotel as walk in guest and the price is very expensive I paid around 13000php for 4days but from app around 5000-6000php. For me its very impossible that the owner didn’t received my booking and the support and the hotel should call me if there’s any problem but nothing. Now since I can’t pay that much I pleased the owner to pay around 6500 pesos cash plus the app booking. It was Sinulog Fiesteval all hotels, condo, inn etc. are fully booked and I need to rest because I came from delayed flight. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. THE SERVICE IS NOT GOOD ALSO THE AMENITIES ARE DIRTY!

Place is excellent. We arrived 2pm but we were asked to wait for 2 and a half hours due to maintenance. Everything went smooth tho.
